Random Encounters aims to help you meet interesting people around you. Have you ever been waiting for a plane at the airport and wondered how many interesting people there must be around you? Well with Random Encounters you can meet interesting people around you anytime.

Random Encounters creates networking opportunities anywhere you are conferences, airports, bars, museums, offices and so on.

Please note that Random Encounters is not a dating app

How it works

You provide basic information about yourself and when you want to meet people just enable "search" functionality. Your basic information will then be displayed (avatar and basic bio) to other Random Encounter users around you. People can send you friend requests, or you can send a friend request to people youd like to meet. Once both approve friend requests, you can start chatting and set up a meeting.
You can go "invisible" anytime, so youre always in control.

Get started in a few minutes
- Register using Google+ or Facebook (please note that we will never send updates or post anything on your behalf)
- Fill out brief information about yourself (this information will be visible only to people you choose to share it with)
- Provide information about what type of encounters youd like to have
- Enable search so other people around you can see you and brief information about you
- Send "friend" requests to interesting people and meet them in real life (once you have friended somebody you can start chatting with them)
